Anyway I've cut it out and put it together and started resining it today. I mixed the resin with the hardener right and put two coats on it. My question is, will it be hard and rigid as in not moving once its dry or does that happen once the inside is hardened as well? Also how long does it usually take to dry?

It will harden and be rigid however, when i do mine, i do a coat on the outside, let it dry, then a coat on the inside. At that point, even once it drys it may still be sticky. Repeating the process will fix that. Total, I typically repeat that process 3 times.

3 layers inside and 3 outside Yes its overkill but I found it works and thats what i go with. It provides a great foundation for bondo/rondo. Also, i allow no less than an hour between coats and I allow the final coat around 2 days or until its completely hard. Like i said, everyone has their own method, but this is mine and it works.
