Lodging Plus Rules The rules below help keep this a safe and healthy place for all of our residents. We expect you to follow these rules while in our program. Verbal or physical abuse We do not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse. This includes: • Harassment • Inappropriate jokes or language • Threatening or intimidating behavior • Disrespectful actions or behaviors We take abuse very seriously. We will ask you to leave the program if you display any of these behaviors.

Alcohol and drug use We do not allow alcohol or drugs, including synthetic drugs. We will ask you to leave the program if you use, buy, sell, promote or give away drugs or alcohol. If we think you are using, we will search your room. At least two staff members are present for room searches. Anyone who bring drugs or alcohol to the unit, whether used or not, will be asked to leave right away. Also, we will not allow you to take part in Lodging Plus programming for one year.

If you use alcohol or drugs while away from the building, you will be asked to leave the program. We expect you to report suspected or confirmed alcohol or drug use to Lodging Plus staff. This is for everyone's saftey. Medicines If you take medicine, please bring enough for at least 21 days. You must keep the medicine in our office. This includes vitamins, herbs, supplments and any over-the-counter drugs you buy at the store. The only medicines you can keep in your room are inhalers, nitroglycerine, epipens and topical creams.

You must tell the nurse about these before taking them to your room. We will ask you to leave the program if we find any other type of medicine in your room.

You must take your medicine at the set medicine times. The medicine rooms will close promptly at the end of med time. Do not wait until just before closing time to get in line for medicine. You must take your medicine as prescribed. A doctor must approve any changes. Our nurse can help with this, but you must ask for help before making any changes. Any mouthwash must be alcohol free.

You can only take the cough, cold and flu medicines we have on hand. A staff member will watch you take your medicine. If you take your medicine different than how it was prescribed, we will ask you to leave the program. Alcohol and drug tests We often test you for alcohol and drug use, including DXM, K2, bath salts and other synthetic drugs. You must leave the program if you refuse to take a test, or if you don't supply a urine sample within 2 hours. If we catch you using someone else's urine or giving your urine to someone else, we will ask you to leave the program. You will need to leave right away and can't be on hospital grounds unless you are using the Emergency Room.

Smoking, tobacco and e-cigarettes • It is against the law to smoke or chew tobacco in the hospital or on hospital grounds. • You can smoke or chew in the designated enclosed smoking area only. Please use the ashtray in the area.

If you chew, you must use a new spit cup each time. • Smoking/chewing hours are 5:00 a.m. To 10:45 p.m. You can't smoke or chew before or after these times. • If you smoke or chew in the building, we will ask you to leave the program.

• We do not allow e-cigarettes anywhere on campus. You may not use thsese at any time while in the program.

Quitting smoking while you are in our program can increase your chance of success in overcoming both addictions. We have programs and resources for everyone who wants to quit smoking or chewing. Ask your counselor about this option. Sexual activity We expect all patients to focus on their recovery during their stay in Lodging Plus. Willow Vista Estates Hoa there.
