If someone makes a fan patch for it, then yes, but that requires a bunch of people with a lot of skills to all get together and volunteer to work a long time for free (the ones that have been released often took up to a year to get made - how often do YOU volunteer to work for free for a year?:) ) Maybe someday there wil be a patch, or if there are enough customers willing to pay for it a company might fund an official translation. But it doesn't just happen on its own. People have to work hard for it.
